Further Success, this time in France!
Alder Valley Brass Band came second in the first section of the French Open Brass Band championships.
Success once again!
Following their recent success, Alder Valley Brass Band conducted by Roger Burke, Musical Director, is practicing hard once again, to take part in the Open French Brass Band Championships on 8th June 2013. This competition will be held at the Theater Beaumarchais, Amboise in the Loire Valley.
The band came a creditable second at the Southern Counties Amateur Band annual entertainment contest held at the Hawth, Crawley earlier in May, missing first place by only two points. They were competing against both Championship and First section bands.

Local players have success at the Regional Final!
The Brass Band finals at Cheltenham have a place for Alder Valley Brass Band in September, following their success at the weekend at the London and Southern Counties regional finals. Read more...
